Cancellation Policy
I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable, and a cancellation may be necessary.
If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we would like at least 24 hours notice.
All cancellations must be done through Gloss Genius.
Cancellations through text messages or social media will not be valid.
Clients who do not honor their appointments may be charged a cancellation fee. 30% of the service will be charged for no-shows and/or cancellations within 24 hours.
This courtesy enables you to schedule in turn and maintains a higher availability of services for you and others.
